
Rob Stiles, Senior Pastor
Rob joined Midtown Vineyard in August 2007 as
senior pastor. Before that he served with an international
Christian nonprofit that partners with non-Western
seminaries and Bible colleges. With this organization, Rob
traveled to China, Russia, Latin America and also came to
know Christian leaders in Africa and the Middle East. Prior
to that Rob worked for two other Christian nonprofits and
two Fortune 500 corporations. In 2005, Rob completed a
Master of Arts in Religion, summa cum laude, from Trinity
Evangelical Divinity School; he also has a Bachelor of
Science in Business from Indiana University. Rob and his
wife Leslie have four grown children. Rob’s passion is to
help people find their niche in the Kingdom and loves it
when people take risks with Holy Spirit.

Dave Noel, Worship Pastor
Dave joined Midtown Vineyard in January 2008 with a wealth
of experience in leading worship and in prophetic ministry.
Dave is an extrovert who loves to help people have fun in
pursuing intimacy with God. Dave is a graduate of Anderson
University with a majors in Religious Studies and Social
Work. Dave has over 30 years of experience in leading
worship, youth ministry and pastoral ministry. In addition,
he has extensive experience in leading worship and preaching
at revivals and renewal events around the country. Dave also
is a gifted composer. Dave has written nine children’s
musicals and numerous choral works published by Praise
Gathering Music Group. Dave also has won the prestigious
Christian music Dove Award for Youth/Children’s Musical of
the Year in 2004 (“Noelle, the First” published by Integrity
Music). Dave and his wife Sandy have two grown children and
two brand new grandsons.

Sue Huff, Office Administrator
Sue Huff joined the staff of Midtown Vineyard Community
Church with over 20 years of experience in office work and
management, social work, and teaching. Before coming to us
she served as the Executive Assistant to the President of an
international mission organization which served non-western
Bible colleges and seminaries. She is privileged to have
traveled extensively internationally in that work to such
countries as Colombia, Jamaica, Russia, China, the
Philippines, and Thailand. Sue holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Education from Indiana University. Sue enjoys
needle arts of all kinds, as well as reading and combing
antiques stores for miniature Lilliput Lane English cottages
to add to her collection. Now widowed, her greatest joy is
in her pastor son Jason, daughter-in-law Catha, and
grandsons Jackson and Cameron who reside in Michigan. Travel
to the northern regions has become a big part of her recent
lifestyle.

Lesley Ellis, Children’s Director
Lesley is a 2004 Graduate of Ivy Tech with an Associate of
Science in Early Childhood Education and has worked with
children for 18 years. During these years she has worked in
the daycare classroom, directed a before and after school
care program, directed a Christian summer camp program, and
taught swimming for a YMCA among many other things.
Currently she is a full time nanny as well as our Director
of Children’s Ministry. She has an adult daughter, and now
lives with her little dog named Zacheus.
